Some areas of Long Island that had it worse are still digging out from the blizzard that swept through the region Friday into Saturday, but in eastern Southampton Town, Main Streets are plowed and the sidewalks in the business districts are mostly shoveled.
Another 3 to 5 inches are expected to be dumped on Southampton Wednesday night, and the plows will hit the streets again. Based on how your local municipality handled the blizzard, are you optimistic?
