Truck Hits Pole, Sends 1 To Hospital

A pickup truck knocked down a pole in Bridgehampton on Saturday afternoon, sending one to the hospital. The single-car accident took place on Montauk Highway near the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, just east of Starbuck's, at about 3 p.m.
