Wondering what to do this weekend? Assuming the world doesn't come to an end by Friday evening, here are a few options:

1. At the Parrish Art Museum on Montauk Highway in Water Mill, the final 'East End Stories on Screen' segment of the year begins at 6 p.m. on Friday with 14 Americans, a film that highlights six East End artists. The film, focuses on Laurie Anderson, Alice Aycock, Peter Campus, Chuck Close, Dennis Oppenheim, and Dorothea Rockburne. Tickets are $8 for members, $10 for non-members.

2. Do you have an ugly Christmas sweater? Do you like to party? Well, then read this story. Party starts at 10 p.m. Friday at Agave Bar & Mexican Grill.

3. Perhaps the most famous Christmas story of all time, Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carolwill be performed live Friday night at the Old Whalers' Church of Sag Harbor. The novella will be read as a radio play in candlelight. The performance is free, though an offering will be received to support the Community House Fund at the historic building.

4. If live entertainment isn't your cup of tea, take a walk up the street to the Bay Street Theatre Friday night. Bay Street's Christmas Spectacular starts at 8 p.m. and will include rare vintage footage from Christmases of the past from the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bob hope, Judy Garland and others. Cost is $15.

5. Saturday night, a relief concert to benefit the American Red Cross will be held at 230 Elm in Southampton Village. Headlining the event will be Beau Hulse & L.A. Woman, a Doors tribute band. The concert will run from 7 to 11 p.m., and tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
